Description
This course explains the importance of managers building trust with their employees and exemplifying behaviors such as allowing autonomy, sharing information, showing vulnerability, and being intentional about relationship building. Active listening and communication skills are also encouraged to demonstrate that managers are actively listening to their team members and showing that they understand.
